1. Platform
Remotemp is a marketplace for Remotion video templates. Buyers purchase digital downloads (ZIP) and license keys. Sellers list templates subject to moderation.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, upload malware, or violate intellectual property rights.
3. Purchases
Payments are processed by our payment partner (e.g. Lemon Squeezy). Prices are shown before checkout. After successful payment you receive a license key and download access in your Library. Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or when we revoke access after a chargeback/refund.
4. Licenses
Unless a listing states otherwise, a purchase grants a personal or commercial license to use the template in your projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-list the raw template files as a competing product.
5. Sellers
Sellers warrant they own or are licensed to sell the content they upload. Platform fees are disclosed at listing/checkout. Soft-launch payouts may be settled manually by the platform operator.
6. Availability
The service is provided “as is.” We may change features, moderate listings, or take content offline for safety or legal reasons.
